The therapeutic practitioner engages with social media both professionally and privately. If you use or frequent social media platforms, there is a possibility that you may view or encounter the practitioner’s online activity.

You are welcome to view content on these platforms. If you choose to view content without interacting with it (for example, by liking, commenting, sharing, or sending a message), neither the practitioner nor others will be able to see that you have viewed the content.

If you choose to interact with content in any way, your actions may be visible to others who access that platform. Please be aware that such interactions may compromise your own confidentiality. The practitioner cannot take responsibility for the confidentiality of clients who choose to engage publicly on social media.

The practitioner will not identify current or former clients on social media and will not initiate or accept online interactions that could compromise professional boundaries or confidentiality. All content shared is general in nature, is not directed at individual clients, and does not reference specific therapeutic work. Confidentiality is always maintained.

Messages or comments received via social media may receive a brief response where appropriate; however, therapeutic services, advice, or support are not provided through social media channels. If appropriate, the practitioner may invite you to make contact through established professional channels.

Social media is not monitored for clinical purposes and should not be used for urgent matters or crisis support.
